Phobias
A phobia is a persistent fear brought on by the presence or the anticipation of a specific object or situation, e.g. flying, heights, animals, insects, etc.
Stress Management
There are many sources of stress today. At work : meeting deadlines, presentations, sales targets, etc. At college : studying effectively, lack of self confidence, exams, etc. These situations can lead to more serious conditions such as fear, anxiety, panic, negative habits, phobias, skin conditions and many other problems.
Stopping Smoking
There are two aspects to the smoking habit: a psychological component and a substance dependency component. Both aspects have to be tackled.
Weight Control
Have you been trying to lose weight for many years with little success? Do you find that you have no sooner lost the weight than you return to old eating habits?
Hypnosis can be a very successful method of treating such fears. The National Phobics Society has been recommending clinical hypnosis to its members for the last 3 years.
Hypnosis induces relaxation, which, in itself, can be extremely effective in reducing stress.Hypnosis can also be used to improve concentration, develop more appropriate habits, boost self confidence and help keep you calm.
Hypnosis cannot make you stop smoking, you have to want to stop. However, hypnosis can help you to stop smoking. Hypnosis actually makes it relatively easy to stop smoking and remain a non-smoker for the rest of your life, after just one session.
Many dieters are well aware of which foods are healthy and low in energy and which foods are to be eaten in moderation, but still find themselves overeating and making poor food choices. If you find that you crave certain foods or often binge, then successful weight loss may have more to do with the reason WHY you eat too often. Overeating is often a symptom of a different underlying problem and may have very little to do with WHAT you eat.

In hypnosis it is possible to find and treat the CAUSE of the overeating. Once you have dealt with the cause of the problem the resulting effect of overeating disappears, allowing the excess weight to be lost quite naturally and with little effort.
